RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Orders not already shipped may be cancelled for a full refund by calling (605)490-3253 or emailing email@example.com before 10 AM Mountain Time on the first business day after the order is placed. Because we ship in stock items by the next business day usually, cancellation requests after this time may be treated as returns and be subject to return shipping and restocking fees (see below).
We offer 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please contact customer service by calling (605)490-3253 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org in advance to obtain return authorization within 30 days of purchase date.
When requesting return authorization, please provide the following information:
First and last name
Item details (model, color, etc.)
Date of purchase
PDF or image of original receipt
Returned Merchandise Condition
Returned merchandise must be unused in its original packaging to qualify for our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

All refunds issued under the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee will be provided as a credit to the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
No refunds will be issued for damaged items, however such items may be covered under the product’s warranty. No refunds will be issued for returns received after 30 days after the original purchase date.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
We may – at our sole discretion – deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount for some returns. This fee will be no greater than 10% of the item’s original purchase price.
